Don't Be Stuck In Fear Mode. Let's Spread Some Joy.

Although I stopped watching or listening to the news a few years ago, there are some things you can't escape from. You hear so much on the internet especially on Social Media.  I cannot say strongly enough not to believe all you see in the news. Often it is biased towards what they want you to believe, rather than the truth of a situation. Today I read about the possibility of war with North Korea and America. What it really needs is someone to knock some sense into those in power, not to have other countries joining in! Whenever there is strife and action gets taken, we often find out years later that it was based on lies.

Anyone in Government should be doing the best for those who appointed them. Running the risk of war and thousands of deaths is not the way forward. I hope especially that the UK government have learned from the past!

Many times over the years I would read or hear things that were so biased and often highly embellished so I realised that companies, especially the BBC, should no longer be held in high esteem. It cannot be said that it is unbiased where political parties are concerned. We often  find on Social Media too that we are being moderated and if anyone speaks about something those higher up don't want people to know, it gets deleted. This may mean people are not getting to hear the truth or to hear opposing views. We are all adults, so should be able to make informed decisions. Unfortunately, there are so many people out there who believe everything they hear without investigating further. I prefer to have access to all places to help me make my decisions.

A big point here is to mention that Fear breeds Fear. It can get to the point that people believe the world is about to come to an end and that everything is going wrong. There is so much more going on that is right. We have so many good people around us. The only problem is this does not make such a good story as the Fear factor does.

In Edinburgh we have a company called Social Bite who are setting  up a tiny home area in partnership with the council. Their website is here. So far thousands of people are signing up to sleep outside for a night in the winter to raise funds to help get the homeless into accommodation.  This proves that so may people believe that change can happen!  My thanks go to all those taking part and also all the Musicians and others that are taking part to entertain the crowds.

Check out the good things happening in your area.  Try paying it forward and making someones day. Do something for others that they don't expect. Happiness can be yours with the right thoughts and you can spread it to others too!
.
If you want to start your day in a positive way you can check out my video here.

Sometimes It's Okay To Not Be Okay

Last week at work I spoke with a husband whose wife had left their 18month baby alone in the bath. The baby has been in a coma for 3 months and is now brain damaged and on breathing and suction machines. I wanted to put out my arms to hug him. What an awful thing for the family to live with. All it took was a few minutes inattention. When you speak with people over the phone you never know what conversation is going to come through but this one shocked me big time.

This week I had a shock of my own when I returned to the house to see that I had been burgled. My brain felt paralised for the first day and now I am writing down all the things I think are missing. I've got a feeling that other things will be remembered as and when I need them. Apart from having my home violated it has left me feeling uncomfortable so my sage is going to come out this weekend.

During this time I have been so grateful for all that friends and family have both done and offered to do for me. I know that I will move on from this but during this time I keep thinking of the baby above. I hope that family has support as they will need it ongoing. There are always people in a worse situation than ourselves and it doesn't hurt us to remember this when we are feeling sorry for ourselves.

This has been one of the times that I have also been grateful for reiki. The first night I got to bed at 1am after waiting on the police and the person to deal with my window. I fell asleep instantly with tiredness. Over the last couple of days I have been giving myself lots of reiki which has minimised the stress I was feeling and has allowed me to relax a bit more. I am also thankful for all my friends on social media who have reached out to me so I thank them all.

Healthy Lifestyle equals Happy families

A couple of weeks ago I had been planting vegetable seeds ( a bit late I know). I've now been bitten by the bug again and have ordered more. There is nothing like growing your own food, especially knowing that no chemicals have been added to it. It made me think of the health issues so many people have that would not have been around as much 20 years ago.  Why do you think that is?

I think it is made up in many parts. A big part is what we eat and breathe. People also do not seem as able to cope with stress. A little stress is good for us but life seems so much more stressful for many people. Lack of exercise is another problem as we have children spending time on games machines and adults who are couch potatoes. What would you do to change things?

I would start with making sure that what we and our children eat is in fact good for them. Research where your food comes from, what additives and chemicals may have been added to them and if they have been genetically modified in any way. Stop giving sugary drinks or low calorie drinks with Aspartame.  Make sure fruit and vegetables are eaten. You can hide these if required in juices. Get yourself a blender. Bananas and milk (preferably plant based such as almond milk) make a great milkshake. Compare that to shop bought with sugar, stabilisers and preservatives added. Check this out. Getting children to eat vegetables

Get the family outside to enjoy a walk or a cycle ride. Get into the country, if possible, away from all the vehicle pollutants. Take the family fishing or swimming. There is something outdoors to suit everyone. Often families nowadays have both parents working or you may be part of a single parent family. It's so easy to tell the children to go and play a game while you have to do another chore in the house. A much better idea is to get the children to help with the chores then all head out for some fresh air at least a couple of times a week. There is of course the gym and swimming pools for the days when the weather is bad.

Stress comes from many different areas of our our  lives. It could be caused by work, finances, health or the way we think. I remember years ago my team at work were getting stressed learning a new software programme. As we were training in groups I had not yet started learning. At the time I had been listening to Wayne Dyers The Secrets of the Power of Intention CD. I would highly recommend it. I advised them to try and think of it as lasting just a few hours and that they would then move on when they went home. This was instead of continually saying how much they hated it. After a few days a couple of them told me it really worked and they were no longer stressed. It just took a different way of looking at a situation. I had to remember this when it was my time to go through the training!

If you are on your own even taking a stroll in a local park would be good. Just taking time to sit in nature hearing the sounds of the birds is a great stress reliever. Another way to de-stress is to meditate. You tube has loads of videos. One of my favourite ways apart from cuddling my dogs is to put on  a few hours of meditation / reiki music in the background of whatever I'm doing. Of course I can't leave out the wonderful world of reiki itself. It is fantastic for relaxation and taking worries away. You can either go for a session with someone or take it to the next level and learn for yourselves.

Can I suggest you take a look at your life and see if changes need to happen? It may be to review what you are eating or if you are exercising enough. Remember too that what we teach our children is with them for life. Why not teach them to grow their own vegetables? That way they can see the cycle of the vegetables being grown to eat rather than thinking they just come from a shop. Starting them with a healthy lifestyle is one of the best gifts we can give them.

Benefits Into Work. Change Is Needed!

Todays blog is unusual for me but I needed to get it off my chest. Thank you for reading.

It is just over a year ago that the song Caledonia was recorded by The Libations. The aim was to raise money for local Food banks. With all the changes that the UK government is making I believe more people will be in need of help. Yesterday I spoke to someone who had struggled from an illness and was proud to have started a job. She had to work 2 weeks in hand then would get paid 4 weeks later. That meant she would have to wait 6 weeks till she got her salary. She thought she would continue to get help through her benefits until this, happy to pay any of it back when she got paid.

She was totally shocked that she was told her benefits were now stopped. After working 3 weeks she now had no money to pay for her gas, electric, food and housing! How can that be right? Surely the government should be supporting people back into work? I know in certain circumstances the housing can be paid for an extra 4 weeks but this does not help with the other costs. How is she supposed to eat, or cook without energy, even if she did have any food? This is where food banks come in although most can only allow 3 days worth of food a couple of times a year. Although this is a great help it is only temporary. Surely it would be in everyone's interest to keep people supported until they get paid?

Often people who have been unemployed for a while have low self esteem and need support. Surely making them worry about the roof over their head or where the next meal is coming from does not help their mental state? I would think that many people get themselves into a cycle of debt by borrowing from others and not paying bills and ultimately find they are more protected back on benefits which is so wrong.

It's not often I have a rant but felt I needed to say this today. I am sure that most people reading this are in employment and may not have ever been in this situation. Can I ask you to try putting yourself in their place? If you want to help make a contribution to the Food banks. You can download Caledonia from here.  The person I spoke to yesterday was currently staying with a friend as she had no electricity or gas. When she gets her salary she will be paying back all the debt that has built up on her meters as well as her friend for supplying her with food. This will immediately start her in a debit situation. Would it not be better to have a fresh start with wages going forwards and have everyday costs until the first wage met by the benefit system to make sure people stay in work? Of course it would cost more initially but long term would be much better for both the country and the individuals concerned.

While I'm on the subject, the government also needs to turn around decisions faster too. Many people who have a change in their benefits can be left waiting for weeks without an income! This can be as simple a change as a partner leaving and having to change from a joint to single claim.

My thanks go out to all the volunteers who work in the Food banks all over the country and to The Libations who recorded Caledonia. You can help make this positive by becoming aware of the struggles people go through in changing their situations and help in any way that you can. If you have a local Food bank you can donate goods that they can hand out. I am sure both they and their clients will be most grateful. It is such a pity that in 2015 we have to make use of things like this but people CAN be a voice of change.

Change Your Mindset, Enjoy Your Life

In my daytime job I speak to people with all sorts of vulnerabilities. This could be an elderly person that has not spoken to anyone for a few days or someone terminally ill. Often those that are in a really bad place health wise are those with the light shining from them. One phrase I often hear is " There is always someone worse than me". People can be so resilient even when in chronic pain. The opposite are those that believe everyone is against them and only think of what they cannot do. It shows time and again that mindset has a big part to play in how we live our lives.

I remember many years ago reading the Celestine prophecy thanks to my friend Lorraine who advised me she was bringing this book when she visited me in the summer. A couple of weeks later a parcel dropped through my letter box with the words to read it as it couldn't wait till summer! I could not put it down and have now read all the sequels. The main thing that comes out of the book is we are all one of 4 groups of people. They are intimidator, poor me, aloof and aggressor. At that time I found I was a poor me. Everything was going wrong and I felt like a victum. This book was a wake up call for me. Once I saw how my mind was working I took notice and tried to correct my thinking to be more positive. This became easier to do as time went by and reiki helped me immensly too.

It is all about Mindset. If you live in the darkness you will only see this. If you start by having a chink of light in your life then you will find this expands. Every day I look for something I am grateful for in my life. When you think this way more things throughout the day come into your mind that you are happy about.  Many of the people I talk to will have a laugh when we chat  as they know they cannot change the situation but it does not stop them enjoying life.

There will always be others such as a deceased relation of mine that for the last few years of her life, everytime we visited, the words from her were always "Why am I still here? I don't want to be  here." This was such a shame as she could have had so much to enjoy with what was in her life at that time. It also made it depressing for anyone visiting her. You can't change everybody but you can at least try by giving them things to look forward to.

Recently I saw a video of elderly people being taught how to use computers. (Video)They each had a young person that helped them set everything up and who eventually connected all the elderly to each other in a chat room. These were people who had met at a daycare centre and now could connect from their own homes. I thought the video was awesome and the people involved thought so too. To see their faces as they chatted to their friends was so good. This was brought home to me by chatting to a 95 year old man who used his computer daily yet I can speak to people from 50 years onwards who think they are too stupid to learn. One 84 year old was bought a laptop by her daughter who also paid for a training course with Apple to make sure she knew how to use it.  Already she was able to look up information on line and was proud to have an email address! I have also seen on the web that AgeUK  run computer courses as well. You are never too old to learn or change your mindset! Be positive and look for the good in each day.

Changing For A Better Life

Following on from my last blog "You are what you eat" I am  pleased to say that I have watched the film Fork over Knives and have bought the book to read. The biggest change so far is I decided to remove all meat from my diet. For over 20 years I have not eaten beef and rarely eaten pork so my diet was made up of mainly Chicken and turkey when I wanted meat. I realised recently that most of my  diet was made from vegetables and pasta and I was not enjoying the meat  most of the time I was eating it so it was time for change.

For all of us there comes a time when we need to make changes in our lives. It may be to do with relationships, work or health. The wrong thing is to sit and wish things were different, instead we have to take action. I have also at the same time joined a club with swimming pool and gym. For now I am starting on the swimming due to the current weakness of my back but hopefully will progress to the gym as well. I have also made a commitment to increase my income by joining with a company that will enable me to do this so I'm tackling a few things together. Check it out here. You only need to do one thing to start changing something in your life. What will it be?

I also this week went to the launch of a book called Living Life Less Toxic written by Faith  Canter and got to taste lots of yummy raw cakes. Check out her book at Amazon. It's full of very useful information to help with your health. Faith had M.E and through changing so much in her life she recently ran 26 Miles! What a change in her health!

I had a lovely call this week from an Acupuncturist who was ordering a Sun Ancon Chi machine from me to help both family and her clients. I know her clients will love it as do mine. This weekend I have a Reiki level one workshop on so will have a part in helping those learning reiki as it usually changes lives in at least one  way. All my charity work is coming to fruition over the next few weeks as I have people coming to learn reiki that were given as gifts to charities. It's great to give back and the more people that learn reiki, the better!

There is so much happening around me at this time that's it's great that I have my 2 young dogs that keep me grounded. Pets are great to be around for all the cuddles you get as well as the exercise too. In between all this I am making time for growing my own vegetables. This will help not only in saving me money but helping me eat organically as well. This year I am more aware of things to make with all the extra vegetables but I will continue to pay if forward by giving some away as well.

If  any of you have done a Pay it Forward  you may want to check out my facebook page for a way to both spread the word that PIF is good and perhaps win a gift from me.

I leave you with this wonderful quote :-

“Sail beyond the horizon; fly higher than you ever thought possible; magnify your existence by helping others; be kind to people and animals of all shapes and sizes; be true to what you value most; shine your light on the world; and be the person you were born to be.” Blake Beattie

You Are What You Eat

I just have to tell you about the last lady I spoke to at work today. She would like more people to know about what she is doing.

She is 71 although sounded under 40 and she has womb cancer. The important thing is it has almost gone instead of spreading and killing her within 3 months which the doctor said always happens. The problem with this  type of cancer is it does not bother you so often goes undiagnosed.

A friend of hers said she was not looking good a  year ago and got her started on juicing. In her words her arthritis and pains went and she started to look more youthful. She also dropped from 13 stone to 10. Her daughter at first thought this was wrong but has now joined her after seeing the difference in her mum.

She then had a touch of sciatica and went to see the doctor and was shocked to find herself diagnosed with the cancer. They told her it was very aggressive and would spread like wildfire and wanted to do chemotherapy. Spurred on by the difference juicing had made to her she decided instead to use food to treat her illness. She cut out all meat and dairy products and increased the juicing as well as eating lots of organic vegetables. She then went vegan and is now about to go into raw food as well. She has also cut out the use of all chemicals in the house and her hair.

We are now a few months down the line and she was sent for a scan. She was told that they could see where the cancer had previously spread to on the scan but it had now shrunk back to where it started and that was shrinking too! The doctor was amazed as he expected to find her riddled with the cancer as that is what usually happens.

We spoke about what type of juices she used and mentioned Jason Vale (The juice master) as well, as she has used his books as a starting point. I told her how wonderful it was to speak to someone fighting back (especially at her age) without using the chemotherapy that everyone expects us to.

So on behalf of this wonderful lady, who advised me she is a fighter, it truly shows that what you eat can make a big difference to your health. She also recommended going to You tube and checking out Fork over Knives which I will do.

Let The Light Through.

The world can easily feel like a dark place with all that's going on in it. Although I have not watched or listened to the news or read newspapers for a couple of years, I still get bombarded with it through social media. When we see and hear things like murders, accidents and generally anything that does not put a smile on our faces it can pull us down and we can get lost in thinking the world is a bad place to be. This is not really true but the media puts the fear into us. You may notice they are not so good at promoting all the great things that happen. I see things every day from  children- yes children- inventing brilliant medical advances and ways to help the third world. It's always best to try and concentrate more on the good things in life rather than the bad as you will have a happier life. It's okay though to have off days too as we are human after all.

Of course you can feel down in others ways too. This may be due to  health or other factors. This week I shocked myself with how upset and frustrated I found myself at a situation, which is not like me. The answer to calm myself down was to come home, have a cuddle from my dogs then go and sit down for an hour, while I gave myself reiki. After this I finally felt able to relax after a very stressful day. We all have to find our own coping mechanisms for when we get stressed. Holding it too close to us is what can make you unwell. Have a think about what you do to remove stress from your life.

I got out of bed the next day and decided that although the situation was ongoing I was not going to let it affect me the same way. In fact I posted this picture on my Facebook page.
I walked my dogs in the morning and realised it was light. When did that happen I thought to myself. Isn't it funny how you can be around something without even noticing it? I also realised when I came home that evening that it was light too. When you both leave for work and return in darkness the days always seem so short so it is good to see it again from the other side. This also helps people who are depressed or have SAD ( Seasonal  Affective Disorder). During the Winter I see more depressed people coming for reiki than throughout the rest of the year. I came home and the first thing I thought of was walking the dogs and enjoying the daylight. I then started to plan my exercise program as it's not much fun to walk in the dark. Maybe the universe did not want me moving so fast as that day I also put my foot in a pothole in a car park and twisted my ankle but I will get there.

I find it also depends on who you have in your circle what type of mood you can be in. If you are with someone who is in a bad mood or feeling sorry for themselves it can lower your vibrations if you allow this to happen. Yes we can all be down at some time but  hopefully with the right people around you it will not be for long. In fact this week when I had my hiccup, someone who I taught about Positive thinking was the one that nudged me in the right direction. That was good for me seeing how much she had grown!

The light days show that spring is here so I'm now looking forward to all the things I can do with the extended sunlight. Isn't it interesting that it feels like there are more hours in the day when it's light? It's really just the same 24 hours in a day but it is how we use them that make us feel more content. I'm sending you all Love and Light and hope you too are making plans to help you enjoy life more.

How to spread positivity far and wide

I have had a website for a few years without knowing what I was doing with it. Initially it was built to stop a friend who kept telling me that there was a reason everyone would start talking about reiki  around me and I should set up a website so I said I would take action to get one built. I remember saying that I would not promote it as everyone who was meant to come my way would find me anyway. Things have moved on since those days.

Eventually I knew that I wanted to promote my reiki workshops  and therapy sessions but did not know how to take it forward. I had learned that I wanted more people to become aware of what help there was available for their health and wellbeing. A great friend had built my first one as a favour and it was only her second website. It was fantastic but we only added  a few basic tag words on the site. I then had a foreign language student a few years later who redid it but never felt that it was right after that so decided to take some action. By this point I also wanted to let more people know about the Sun Ancon Chi machine that had come into my life. I had such a response from using it that I wanted more people to have the same opportunity to relieve their pain.

A couple of years ago I signed up on a beginners web design course. My idea was if I could get someone to re design my site I would then understand what needed done to keep it all updated. It started well with the lecturer talking a lot about Photoshop but by week 5 I felt things going over my head a bit. Just when I was starting to struggle with the course I was asked if I would like a website built for me by a friend of my Son. Of course I jumped at it and have never looked back but I learned so much more than I had ever known during the process of it being built.  I am a great believer in Synchronicity and each time I needed a website built the right person at the time came forward without me asking!

Until then I had only used Google for finding information on the web as a search engine but did not know what else it could do. I was then advised that if people liked my website they could click on the google plus icon at the bottom of the page and this would increase my visability on the world wide web. I have been very remiss in passing this information to friends so if you would like to help me out in this I would love you to click on the google + icon at the bottom of the home page for me.

I also learned about Google Places and have had some lovely reviews added to it. Then facebook and Twitter came into my life. Facebook started off as a business profile and then I made a Facebook page. I can honestly say this felt as if it opened up the world to me. I was suddenly connecting with friends and making new friends in many countries. It is also a great place for networking and finding out lots of information that can help you in business. In fact I met a wonderful lady who helped me immensly and talked me through lots of things to do with using the internet.Through her I also came in contact with lots of people that I look up to and have learned from. I have in fact found facebook very addictive as it is full of so much positive inspiration.

I find that Twitter has been harder for me due to the lack of space for writing but I am gradually becoming more comfortable using it.  One of the things about social networking is how fast things change and I know I am not keeping up with it all. This is why many people have experts that they pay to run their sites. I am lucky to have my Son who tells me when I should be doing something important.

I was introduced to Ezine articles and wrote a few posts for them and then went on to open a Blog first on my website and now on Blogger.com which is linked to my website. Blogger is owned by Google so as you see it is more than a search engine! In fact I am just becoming involved in Google plus circles so if you would like to add me please do. It is not always business that I blog about. I like to talk  also about events in my life and how each change can help me. Talking only about business all the time can put some people off.

The latest kid on the block is Pinterest and I hold my hands up that this has had my least attention so far. Note to self "This has to change!" When it first came out I like many others though it was just for sharing photos but it is so much more than that. You can even sell your products on Pinterest. Also if you link your photo's to your website this will give you more traffic to your site.

Of course with all the social networking sites you need to remember that once you put it out on the world wide web it stays there. It could be retweeted or shared anywhere in the world so you have to be careful what you put out there. Always be professional and do not do or say anything that could lead you into hot water with either people or other companies. I like to put out lots of positive thoughts and pictures so usually make sure it is alright to share others work on my pages as you also need to be aware of copyright.

When you see what I have touched on, this is only a tiny amount of the places where you can highlight your work. I also add any of my reiki workshops on therapy sites and Gumtree. This often shows up if I type my name or company name into google and I am amazed at how many times it finds events that I have run in the past or am running in the near future. You can easily see how this can become a full time job updating all the sites.

As well as all the above your website needs to have enough information in it to be found on the web. A good SEO expert can help you with this. I have recently had 2 orders from The United Arab Emirates for the Sun Ancon Chi machine that I am a distributor for. I love the fact  people that far away can find me. Who knows if it was one of the above sites that they found me through or another that I have not mentioned but I know that I will never be finished writing and promoting my products. The more I put into the web the more I get back in return from it.

I love my work and want to spread the word about what Reiki and the Sun Ancon chi machine can do to help others. In fact today I have been advised that someone is visiting Scotland from Australia and she is unable to bring her Chi machine with her but cannot do without it so wishes to pay me a visit while she is here. I often feel that way if I am on holiday . Luckily most of my breaks are in the UK so it's easy to take the Chi machine with me as it's portable.Of course with reiki I need no equipment as it is with me always.

I will keep on blogging and telling people how they can help themselves and if you are reading this then feel free to have a look at the links on this page and join me on any of the sites I have mentioned. Let me help you to increase positivity into your life.

I wish you prosperity and happiness in reaching your goals.

Isn't synchronicity wonderful

As time goes by I notice more and more synchronicity in my life. On my Facebook page recently I wrote about looking to join a gym so that I could go swimming but wished to test it out before joining. I had put an advertisement about my Chi machines in a local magazine called The Trinity Spotlight which had just been published. It also had an advert in it for a local gym. On seeing this I checked out another gym and saw that there was a special offer of 12 days for £12. I got the deal for £5 as I had been a previous member. I'm pleased to say that it is going well.

A few months ago I was going to sign up for an internet coaching package which was a good deal but I decided that I would only be able to go for it if the price was halved. Today I got news that it has been decreased by not 50% but 75%!

This comes on top of so many things which have happened that I realised something today. When I have wished for something I did not keep thinking about them. I gave up my thoughts to the universe that if something was the right thing for me that it would happen so I should not be surprised that it keeps happening.

Sometimes we can get so hung up on wanting something. All the universe hears is you've not got something so this continues to attract you not getting it. By changing your thoughts and thinking positively that it will be yours if it is right for you this reverses the flow. Help yourself now and remove the word want from your vocabulary.

The Heron knows that he will be provided for. Admittedly he sits and watches but he knows his food is there and he takes the time watching for this to make it's appearance. We should do the same and know that what is meant for us will come to us but not be in too much of a hurry. Just remember to put positive thoughts out their and watch synchronicity enter your life too.

Spiritual Weekend

Spiritual Weekend

I have just returned from a memorable weekend. It was the first time ever I have gone on a spiritual weekend and did not have any expectations of what would happen. To say I was blown away would have to be an understatement!

I am a member of a social group called SPICE. They organise events across the country every day of the year and this was one of their weekends. It was a well chosen hotel known for ghosts which Lauren felt as soon as we walked in the door so well researched by Spice. It was hosted by a wonderful Psychic Medium called Lauren Robertson who I highly recommend. She is a girl after my own heart who is so positive and full of wonderful gifts which she was then able to share with the group.

The weekend was packed with learning new skills that included Angel and Tarot cards and using our intuition. Lauren also gave us a talk on Dream Analysis which showed how many dreams are so common and interpreted them for us. It also included a few of us for the first time allowing Spirit to communicate with us and allowing us to pass on messages to others in the room. I had no intention of taking part in the last event although I was to get a surprise. When she asked who wanted to stand up I found myself rising from my chair and walking forward. I can only say it felt as if someone was guiding me and telling me it was now my turn. I was then able to pass a message on to somebody and so were the others that had taken part in this. This was mind blowing - to find that we can all connect with Spirit if we wish to.

During the weekend it was great to be with likeminded people who were all at different periods in their life where this subject was concerned but we all came together and had many precious discussions about what we were seeing and learning in our workshops. We found that amongst us we had so many suggestions for books to read that Lauren is compiling a list including ours for us. This will keep us busy for a while!

One thing about Spice weekends though is the amount of fun that can be had and it came to a head this morning with one of our group who had us all rolling with laughter at the breakfast table. I think he missed his calling. I suggested he appear in the Edinburgh Festival as a comedien.

One thing we should all remember is that life does not stand still. We can all learn things on a daily basis. This was my week for learning more about using senses that I had been unaware of and meeting new friends. Imagine going away with a group of strangers and interacting with  them as we were all learning together. It was awesome!

Next weekend I will be taking my Karuna Reiki traning. I am looking forward to it so much- always learning and growing!
